ManlyForm Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, exchange, and refund of products purchased from ManlyForm.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our services.


1. Scope and Applicability

This Policy applies to all products sold by ManlyForm. Some products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers through Shopify Collective or other logistics partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge that such products may ship directly from a supplier warehouse. ManlyForm acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for physical shipment, but we will assist in coordinating claims for damaged or defective items.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

a. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
b. Notification of damage must occur within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify within this period may result in denial of a claim.

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

d. Once verified, ManlyForm may, at its sole discretion, provide:

  • A replacement product of equal value, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method

e. Damaged packaging alone does not guarantee a refund unless the product itself is affected.


3. Final Sale — No Change of Mind Returns

a. All products delivered intact are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or customer error are strictly prohibited.
b. You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully prior to submission.
c. This includes products that remain sealed and unused.

This provision aligns with leading cosmetic and e-commerce brands, reflecting hygiene, safety, and resale concerns.


4. Personal Care & Hygiene Products

a. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all personal care, grooming, skincare, and cosmetic products are non-returnable once delivered, regardless of condition, unless defective.
b. Examples include:

  • Beard oils, balms, creams, serums
  • Skincare products
  • Shampoos, conditioners, and hair styling products
  • Any product that contacts skin, hair, or other bodily areas

c. These items cannot be resold once delivered, consistent with industry standards.


5. Temperature-Affected Products

a. Products sensitive to temperature, such as balms or creams, may soften, harden, or otherwise change in transit.
b. Such changes are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.


6. Refund Process

a. If a damaged or defective product is verified and approved for return:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

b. Replacements will be shipped at ManlyForm’s discretion.


7. Limitation of Liability

a. ManlyForm, its affiliates, suppliers, and logistics partners shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or savings
  • Shipping delays, loss, or damage beyond our control

b. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.


8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ManlyForm, Shopify, suppliers, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of this Policy
  • Misuse of products
  • Violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights

9. Statutory Consumer Rights

This Policy does not limit or waive your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including implied warranties for defective goods. Where local law grants additional rights, those rights take precedence over this Policy.
