This Shipping Policy explains how orders are fulfilled, shipped, and delivered for purchases made on ManlyForm.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Fulfillment & Third‑Party Suppliers
a. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by third‑party suppliers.
b. ManlyForm does not physically handle, store, or ship products. We act as a facilitator and provide order tracking and customer assistance.
c. Products may ship from multiple supplier locations, which may result in separate packages and delivery times.
2. Shipping Rates & Charges
a. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, product weight, and supplier charges.
b. Shipping charges collected at checkout reflect the rates charged by our suppliers or shipping partners.
c. Additional fees, including customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import/export fees, are not included in shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
a. Delivery time estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
b. Estimated delivery times vary by supplier, destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.
c. Most orders may arrive within 5–10 business days; international deliveries may require additional time.
d. ManlyForm is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures resulting from carriers, customs, weather, or other third‑party actions.
4. Tracking
a. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
b. You may use the tracking number to monitor delivery progress through the carrier’s system.
c. Updates depend on carrier reporting. ManlyForm is not responsible for inaccurate or delayed tracking information.
5. Risk of Loss
a. Title to and risk of loss of products transfer to you once a supplier delivers the package to the carrier.
b. ManlyForm is not responsible for packages after they have been delivered to the carrier.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
a. Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
b. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

d. ManlyForm will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue.
e. ManlyForm is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once title and risk of loss transfer to the carrier.
7. International Orders
a. For international shipments, customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any government‑imposed fees.
b. ManlyForm does not control customs processes or delivery standards in other countries.
c. Estimated delivery times for international orders are not guaranteed and subject to customs and carrier schedules.
8. Shipping Disclaimers
a. Delivery times, carrier performance, and customs clearance schedules are outside ManlyForm’s control.
b. ManlyForm is not liable for any delay, loss, damage, tax liability, or increased cost caused by third parties, including carriers and customs authorities.
c. Any shipping cost refunds or adjustments are at the sole discretion of ManlyForm and the supplier.
9. Changes to Shipping Policy
a. ManlyForm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time.
b. Policy changes will be posted with the effective date.
c. It is your responsibility to review the Shipping Policy periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
10. Customer Responsibilities
a. You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information at checkout.
b. ManlyForm is not responsible for ordering errors resulting from incorrect customer‑provided information.
c. Customers must monitor and track shipments and report issues within the stated time frames.
11. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
